How far in advance should I book?
A day or two ahead is safe for airport transfers. Same-day rides often work too - just ask.
Is the price per person or per car?
Per car - small groups of up to 7 travel together, luggage included. More than 7? A larger vehicle or two cars in tandem via Matt’s partner network.
Do you drive at night?
Yes - same fixed price, day or night. No night surcharge.
Can I pay by card?
Yes - card with 0% surcharge, or cash in CZK, EUR or USD at the daily rate. You’ll get an invoice either way.
What if my flight is delayed?
Matt tracks your flight and adjusts pickup automatically - with 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Can you take my dog or cat?
Yes - no surcharge for small pets travelling in a carrier or safely secured.
What if I need to cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
Is it always Matt driving?
Usually - and it is always Matt you talk to: he plans and oversees every job personally. Behind him is a small team of trusted colleagues he briefs himself, so if life intervenes (illness, two bookings colliding), your ride still happens, at his standard. Never a no-show.
